Delivery options

Free UK shipping. We aim to dispatch orders within one working day. Depending on the size or value of the order you may be required to provide a signature. is official distributor of Tegor group cosmetics in UK, therefore we are not able to ship our products to any other countries. If you are redirected to this page, your location was identified as outside of the UK. If you are in the UK and still being redirected here, please send us a message.

Order Confirmation

You will be sent an order confirmation email which provides your order number. This number will be required in the event that you contact us with any queries. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions .


Online payment can be made using debit card, credit card or Paypal.  Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase. 


No credit card or payment details for online orders will be stored on our servers. All payments are taken via Stripe that processes all payments on our behalf.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day of receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by phone and confirm by email at the same time. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.


If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :
Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) state a customer has the right to ‘cancel’ the contract at any time up to ’14 working days starting the day after delivery’. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched by Tegoder UK. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.
For Health and Safety reasons we will not accept any colour cosmetic or skincare products for refund or exchange.
You must contact us by phone or email us to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return.

Damaged items

If a product has been received faulty or is incorrect, please email a picture of the item(s) within 3 working days of receipt, to A member of the customer care team will be in touch.
As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
